The Universe Is Growing Faster and Faster, Right?

The cosmological constant reflects like some potential energy stored in space itself. We can also calculate how much energy is necessary for this to happen. It's a big part of the recipe of the universe, right? So it's really weird and counter intuitive, you know. But we don't seem to live in that kind of universe. Live in a universe where space is changing, and so energy is not conserved.
