Digbeth - A Novel About Racism
Digbeth is a really good illustration of how satirical and at times quite hilarious, the book is. And I think the book deploys satire really effectively. It does it particularly well when thinking about the relationship between race and contemporary forms of particularly white feminism. So who are Nigel and who is Sal? Well, if you don't mind, I'd really love to go back to something you said earlier because you talked about the fact that they're parts of the book that are hilarious, Dave.
