Most of us grew up with roll models that look olike a soap opera. We have a feeling or a thought, we act it out as if compelled. So start small and connect the dots at get some momentum going. Rather than a big resolution, i'm going to the gim for an hour and a half to work out. You know, for 28 years i've done a work out myself every day no matter where i've been in the world,. It's a four minute what i call the peaceful warrior workout.
Dan Millman is a former world champion gymnast, university coach, martial arts instructor, and college professor. He is the author of 13 books, including The Way of the Peaceful Warrior which was made into a feature film starring Nick Nolte. His most recent book written with his daughter Sierra is The Creative Compass: Writing Your Way from Inspiration to Publication.
