i can see why people are pushing back against it, because it seems like it unfairly targets a poor people. But i know a few people who do think that standardized tests on applied an elmenty school, in fact, did help them to be identified. I think if standardized tests could be used to identify children with in at talnt, who are not imposicians of privilege, and find ways to use it to help those children then that could be a productive use.
