We have five trainers that very well versed in all kinds of training. We do the body camp once a month for most memberships to kind o keep track of, are you losing fat and are you gaining muscle, you know? And if you're not, what's going on? Do we need to increase the intensity? We need to change the way you're eating? One of my trainers is really into Am, so those things that we're adding it now. Lisa doesn't have the body comforts but she has the basic strength model which is more basic paired down with dumb bells. She just starting to open up to twice a week or maybe even three times a week.
