What Is the Self?

i remember that exact moment when i sort of woke up out of a coma. I was in a coma for 17 days, and when i came out, adliterally no speech, no mobility, no movement on my right side of the body. Though i'm still kind of, you know, trying to, i work out here now. There's me trying to say, like, sort of me, its through meisn inside? I mean, what is the self? And sorry, like, i'm so embarrassed that trying to explain that were, like, amazing philosophers and ner sciences and am, you know,. theologians, they'veve tried for millennia.
