SAC - What's Your Culture Like?
I was there from the end of 2004 until the beginning of 2020 and during that time. I really saw my role as finding the right people for our culture and helping them play their best game. We wanted people to bring something different to the table and not have cookie cutter kind of people. So, you know, Steve was like in the early days. He started up as a, he had worked at a firm called Gruntl but was doing it for himself.
