Is There a Difference Between Insoluble and Insoluble Fibre Supplementation?

Do you have specific types of fibre you tell your patients to eat, or do you have like, a list that you give them? So for soluble fibre, tell me if i'm missing anything. This is oat brand, a barley and beans. Ta. For insoluble fibres, the problem with those is that they can get like, fermented. And then once they get fermented, they're no longer like bringing water into the stool, and there's gas formation and things like that. Two ke wee fruit a day, or four prunes a day, is actually equivalent in efficacy to hydes piper supplementation.
