The demons would like a piece of everyone basically worshiping them, treating them as if they were God and honoring them. Augustine thinks that the civil tranquility is very important. So long as it doesn't require as so long as the Concord doesn't require people to commit sense. You know, against God or neighbor. It's not an amoral or neutral space politics is very moral space, but it's limited because we need concrete and we need agreement of wells.
