Is That What You Were Looking For?
I was looking everywhere outside of myself for validation through the roles that I was trying to get, through who I felt like I needed to be in the industry. That caused a lot of pain internally for me. Ironically, I booked the Broadway show and this is almost the starting point for this journey that I've been on now with plants. "It's still an adjustment for me to be able to say, no, I'm a full-time plant lady," she says.
