The sales execs relationship with the economic buyer is one of the best predictors about churn rate. If you're not selling if they don't see you as valuable that's pretty much an indication that you're going to have some challenge, even if the software is ticking and embedded in the organization. The key thing for the sales team and the SC team is continuing to look at that corporate goal. And then my role on C is to be able to translate the family achieved map against the corporate goals.
