Fiona Watt is a British stem cell biologist. She was appointed as the first female executive chair of the Medical Research Council in 2018. In early 2022 she became the director of EMBO, the European Molecular Biology Organization. We talk about some of her different leadership roles and what it's like being the director at EMBO.
