How I Realized I Was Going Bankrupt
In 2006 and 2007, all of a sudden I was so leveraged that when I went to the bank they said, nah. They said, yeah, but we're not comfortable lending it to you. So what I decided to do was to bankrupt it. And literally I didn't owe anybody anything because the equity was there,. But I couldn't give it out. Lee had gone bankrupt when he was in his twenties for about nine months before claiming bankruptcy. "I could have done different things, but this is how I lost over $100 million"
