Charles Maxwood: I'm putting together a book club and we're going to read development focused books career books you know technical books whatever the first book is going to be clean architecture by uncle Bob Martin. We'll probably have like five or six people part of the conversation along with Bob and I at the same time and we'll just rotate people through so we'll mute one person unmute another person when it's their turn to come on and be part of the discussion.
