The Importance of Being Nice
Being nice often buys women influence when they can't get it otherwise. Women are socially rewarded for their niceness and there's so much resentment to women who are not nice then that might even stop women trying to get ahead, she says. "If people dislike you they'll try to undercut you" says the author.
