How Important Is Room for Error and Endurance in Financial Matters?

I think right now it's a really important reminder as so many people have lost their jobs or they can't make next month's rent to no fault of their own. And some things are just dumb, dumb risk and dumb luck. But then, you know, there is something to be said about what's the next behavioral step that we have to take after we've accepted that dumb luck or dumb risk,. What has to happen after that in order for us to see success.
