Spirit Only Knows New Creation

Every major ritual tradition speaks has some sort of creation story that generally involves some sort of formlessness taking on form. That sense you have that something new is being birthed, that's why birth imagery is so powerful. New creation is usually disruptive. Somebody somewhere often has a vested interest in things remaining exactly the way they are. They get power, prestige, approval, rewards, a pay check. You may have a vested interest a level of comfort and security and thing remaining how they are. And yet something within you is inviting you to something new.
