Is the Idea of Ransom Still a Part of the Gospels?
Why do you think much of christendom, whether we go to catholicism or orthodoxy or protestinat such a great question? That's a good question. I mean, i've heard this from so many people, and certainly myself, that when you read gerard, that part of it is so obvious. And if you're a corrupt creature due to original sin and an the ransomtt, you owe is to god for being sinful. A, that's kind of been the overriding idea though, forr quite a long time right?
