Working With Art Directors Is a Challenge

The most challenging thing about our directors is that it's a well known title, but there are so many different people that have this title with so many different backgrounds. It's almost like saying, a game ad or a game director, like every one of those is very different. So when you do have someone who can can't gab that, it's good. And occasionally the artist will also learn from that try to fill that role afterwards.
