The Role of the Therapist in the Workplace
I often think that both in our training and in our work places, that we don't get given the unity or the permission to know ourselves. And when you think about troma being pervasive and and how it saturates our lives, particularly with children who often are are absolutely helpless. We need a more robust system to support therapists to feel safe in their working environment,. so that they can do these roles and do them with compassion id everyone it. I hear you talking about, well, really two things in a sense. One is an advocacy for the child, but also an Advocacy for The erapis too.
