In 19 72, eleanor ostrom and her husband are at the university of indiana. They begin to host a workshop called the workshop of political economy. What they do that's different is that they establish a bibliographies goes alongside the workshop. And one of those people is eleanor Ostrom who came up with the rules that govern the commons. She was using an incredibly radical position than the contemporary faeces held by some in modern society. Perhaps there is some basic intelligence in indigenous systems of landholding where property is not divided into private property but collectively held. The fowl sets off to collect all this information for every ministry of agriculture everywhere in the world.
