You Know, It's All About Transparency and Vulnerability and Meeting People Where They Are

I wish i could say it's because we're kinder, gentler people, but that's not the case. Thecas is really straightforward. Its performance is the issue. You know, the welchian approach to performance is higher fier, higher fier and there's just carnage from that. But at least in tandom,  the fact that people are our most valuable resource. I mean, without people, we've got nothing. And so you have to think about what makes people work. What makes us work is feeling trust, feeling valued,. understanding how what we do everything every day ties to something greater.
