What's Your Philosophy on Onboarding?
At square, we developed an on boarding programm that was very extensive. We had every leader from the company come in and speak about their aras of what they do. You want them to understand how the pieces are connected and why youare doing that work. If you don't do that, people get into this mode of just sort of taking tasks and completing those tak without understanding. It's like an over view of how the organization works and the work that you're doing,. How you're doing that work, what guides that. But it's a lot of the how and a lot of history.
