Why I Love Illustrated Covers

Elisa cole has written several romances featuring black, queer and other marginalized characters. She believes one of the romance covers most important functions is to say, hey, you person who has not always been depicted in romantic stories loves for you,. So she likes the covers where you can clearly make out people's features. Lisi cole doesn't want to lose clench covers. She just wants them to become more inclusive.
