The 20 Twenties Are a Critic Decade in All Human History
Hope is a subtle but omnipresent so then political hope, it's grampshy pessimism of the intellect and optimism of the will. We're going to have to suffer some amazing defeats, reversals, confusions, violences. It's going to be an unholy mess. Is it weird th t are the 20 twenties really a critic decade in all human history? That strikes me as suspicious. The principle of mediocrity would say, we're not that special. There's something going on here. But then when you look at everything, you don't want a sixth, sixth great mass extinction in earth's history. That would be big woud be hard on us
