How to Get Rhythm Back Into Your Life
Last year in 26 habits, one of the habits that i tried was intimate en fasting. The first thing i noticed was my sleep improved. Once you get one thing right, if your rhythm right, other things follow. I think time restricted eating is something that shift workers can really use well to just help them and mitigate the effects. And so i'm a big fun of trying to get little bits of rhythm back into our life where we can.
