The Indictment of Mike Pence and the Vice President

There was this theory that they were going to play the Pence card and Pence was either going to throw out the electors or say that we need to halt, you know, for an investigation. So there is an interesting paragraph, which our friend, friend of the show, Mitchell Abner pointed me to, which I quite agree. It does strongly imply that Trump knew that what he was asking Pence to do was lie. The defendant called the vice president and berated him because he had learned that the vice president had opposed a lawsuit seeking judicial decision.
