Is Hypertrophy the Most Convenient Way of Training to Dieting?

The most conducive way of training to dieting is just going to be again strictly hypertrophy. The main changes are probably that I'm going to stay a little bit further from failure on my really demanding lengthened movements. And as long as I'm still working hard and putting the effort in, then I'm probably going to maintain muscle.
