The Housing Correction Is Over

Home prices grew for the third straight month in April, potentially cementing a recovery in values. Case shiller was up 0.5%. So it got to as low as 2.85% for case shiller, national home price index. It's now using two decimal points here, 1.78%. It's coming up, meaning housing prices are going up. If we see a 3% correction, I suppose if we want to add inflation, it's been a little higher than that, a lower than that. That's another brainbreaker, right?
