What Causes Ebola Virus to Begin With?

Ebola virus has an incubation period, which we've talked about before but I'll remind you is the period of time from when you get infected until when symptoms first appear. That's between two to twenty one days. On average I've seen about ten or eleven days. And so what causes your infected with to begin with and honestly from my reading of it and so someone can correct me if we actually know this. It's not really clear what the distinctions are between individuals that end up surviving and not surviving aside from this antibody response.
