The Importance of Soft Skills in Football

I suppose in any job in football, really, if it's coaching or whatever, you are going to need to have some technical ability. But once you have that, then there are as well other factors that, you know, play a very important role. I think personal relationships are one of the most important skill that someone can have in the life in general. Of course, we've seen a very big system, I understand why, and... We need to use any technology we have available because, in the end of the day, makes us better. So, I think I don't really think as a threat at all.
