When did this kind of information PCO focusing on the internet really start? Sure. It really emerged for the first time in the early to mid 1990s as more Americans started to get the internet at home. And like with the radio and television, you put the internet and social media together in the same PCO. I'm just curious to hear your thoughts on why social media didn't necessarily markets its own political communication revolution.
