How Do You Prioritize Different Projects?

Each project is with a different team, so et ube. So i have to like re do that kind of like relationship building and figuring out how each team works for each different project. I believe we're planning to hire like a design ops person next year for the team. But ccurrently, no, we don't have a dedicated person. However, my manager has been really great at helping me,. Like jugle my priorities and in expectations to product managers of when i'll be available to work on their project.
