What Is the Attitude of the Elite Class or the Executive Class?
I think that they just kind of like the status quo. Their life is very good and they're having things their way. They don't seem to really care a lot what happens to the population. So in your dealings with different countries in the world, trying to bring these ideas of liberty and freedom and deregulation, what has been the attitude of the elite class or the executive class in these countries? I think it's bad thinking to think in terms of aggregates when you're thinking about populations. And the people that run governments are not governments. Governments are collections of individuals who have their own interests.
