And yet here you are giving it sort of a ringing endorsement on here. I just, I can't hear that. Wait, no, no, no. Oh my God. Is that it? No, no, no, that's not it. That's not it. Oh my God. That's her in like a mask. OK, so everyone there's a photo of her on Google images with like a sheet mask on. And I thought that was, we're not looking at it anymore. It's actually too much. Yeah, you're really, I can tell this has really shaken you. Well, the reason I'm watching it is because it is presented in a very watchable format, which is three part documentary series, 55 minute episodes each. Yeah. I can that. Well, that was my problem with the vow. Was I was like, why? Well, it was a lot. It was like 12 episode first season. And then they were going to like, we're doing a season two. I'm like, to say what? I know. Well, to the second season was like the aftermath of like the conviction or whatever. Yeah, I guess. But it's just like, I don't know if we need more of this. It's this is an interesting one. This is a new flavor of cult documentary that I think is important to consider. It's just deep. I'm very disturbed. And it makes me sad to think about, I mean, cults are about self surrender. Like there are all these pieces about how like you can't feel too bad for anyone who joins a cult because there's a level of self surrender to it. Well, yeah, I mean, I guess they would call it faith, which is really scary. But I think that about everything. Sorry. I feel like it's in the. It's good that we're talking about it. It's it's out there. It's it's don't worry. It's not real housewives. Hey, this is Christina Kuzmitch. You may have seen some of my videos on social media, but here's a story I have not shared yet. When my older two kids were little, I was a single mom and I was broke and tired. I was overwhelmed. I couldn't afford a babysitter to help out every once in a while and I just needed a break. So one day I found out there was a gym in my area offering a 10 day free trial that included child care. Oh, well, I decided it was time I do something for me. So I signed up and I went every single day. Yup, 10 days in a row walked into that gym, checked my kids into child care, headed straight for the ladies locker room, lay down on the bench and stay there for the full two hours. I did not work out for a single second during those 10 days. Sometimes I show up with snacks. Yup, just sit there with a family size bucket of chocolate covered fudge. It was amazing. And you know how they say that going to the gym is good for your endorphins and it clears your mind. They are right. It did that. And I saved money not paying a babysitter. I finished that 10 day workout trial, flabber than when I started. No regrets.
