The NDAA and Taiwan Military Aid

The NDAA, this is going to ramp up tensions with Russia and China as it includes amendments that will help the US send more arms to Ukraine and Taiwan. One of the biggest things in this bill is an amendment that would give the Pentagon wartime purchasing powers by allowing noncompetitive multi-year contracts for certain weapons. This authority could be used to refill US stockpiles, arm Ukraine, and assist foreign governments that have provided support for Ukraine. Also Taiwan military aid, which I'll get more into in the next one.
