The Black Market in College Athletics

There's unquestionably a political reason to not show that your department is profitable. If you'r showing he crack the books and we made 12 million bucks, you're not sending that 12 million bucks to the library. Someone at central office is going to ask questions. And this is true for corporate america too. There's definitely some of that in college athletics too.
