How Microiso Fungi Help the Plants?

Microiso fungi, or micise, form simbiosis with plants and plant roots. And what they do is they have plants taking up more nutrients and water. But in return for the nutrientand and an excess water that they provide to the plant, they require sugar and other carbon sources from thepant. So basically, in both parts where both parties are are happy in this relationship, and in both of them gets the benefit from this simbiosis.
