We found out they were using anything they could, and they were targeting samali americans in particular. This had been a pattern since nine 11. And so it was actually, we believe, an actual programme to target samali Americans. But when the government started to deport people to somalia, the samali warlords refused to let the plain land samalia. So because you found this clause saying you have to have a country willing to receive them, and these people don't have that thas i what happened.
