Efficient Email Practices - Put Everything in Its Place

A great principle to start with when it comes to efficient email practices, is put everything in its place. One of the reasons we can struggle with efficiency and tending to our email is that everything has a similar sense of urgency. So I want you to listen to me, no red number friends. You can have unread emails. And then unless we have small children or pets or something that just keep dragging stuff out again, once we tidy and rest in a space, it'll stay tidy for a little bit. Now with email, we do not have that luxury. It's just going to keep coming, right? We need to put the urgency that we feel in its proper place.
