The Mycotic Aneurysm: A Case Study

The patient looked remarkable. Cardiology saw the echo and said, you know, why didn't you guys call us sooner? And he went to surgery and did great and is recovering from the hemorrhage. So I wanted to present this case to you all, because we got consulted in endocarditis cases a lot when they've had a stroke, a hemorrhage, mycotic aneurysm. But this case seemed to be like the fairy tale that runs in reverse like the, the, the wizard that gets younger throughout the story.
