I think some of the things in highlight there about people being very reactive so the problems happens and then they're going to go and look to see where that single point of failure was. I think that's the lack of architectural over time architecture design upfront. If you know how that date is being used you know what controls are put in place for it. So if you know that this is being given to a customer that's got an SLA that we will be fine X amount if we don't do it or with it being down for this amount it costs us cost the company this much a minute.
