The wild cat offence was a football trick play that caught teams off guard. The idea is to make the other team think they're doing acts while they're really doing why? Some of these plays will catch on like wildfire, and all of a sudden every team is trying to use the same tricks. Eric tells us if this phenomenon is driven by data, do these things just peak and crash, like all fads do? He says it's not effective but in catching a team off guard in a one game sample, it certainly was.
