The Importance of Humility in Leadership

The ability to assess weaknesses so crucial in the raw materials of the type of guy you know you could develop. Why is that kind of in the marrow of development? Because he's nurturing the quality that makes a leader, humility. He's nurturing the one quality every servant in the church must nurture. Doesn't mean we will end the battle with pride no matter how many years we've been in Christ. We ignore the sanctifying grace of those pressures.
