Researchers found that when bedroom air quality was improved, subjects felt better the next day. Most people spend about 90% of their time indoors. Indoor levels of pollutants are usually in the range of two to five times higher than outside. And occasionally upwards of 100 times more pollutants indoors than outdoors.
