The Importance of Honesty in an Organization

I love Japan I love Japanese but they're so polite they're constantly. Sometimes that's actually not the most healthy thing like sometimes you just have to say it as it islike you have to be realistic. My uncle was a manager at CSX railroad he ended up being the number two guy at CSX by revenue. He made him go around to all the different centers for the CSX railroad and explain what happened. It was like the mea kalpa and it really helped the culture  and itReally helped the management union relationships and stuff.
