Labour's Housing Bill Addresses the Housing Crisis
Housing Australia Future Fund would provide an ongoing dividend to plough into social and affordable housing. Recent figures suggest there's going to be a shortfall by 2027 of about 100,000 homes in terms of supply. Both Anthony Albanese and Julie Collins lived in public housing when they were growing up. So both of them have a personal stake in this to a degree.
