The idea that human identity is primarily constructed by society. People who inhabit different kinds of identities, such as race and gender, they have this intersectionality or in other words, the constructs kind of intersect in a certain way. "Intersectionalism can't really compute how that person actually is far more oppressed" than myself, she says.
