If you have an ADHD partner who's let's start with because that's what I see most of but that's not the only case. You'll see a lot of anger in the pursuing non-adhd partner a lot of blame a lot of frustration. That person is really exhausted and feels very alone and feels let down forgotten um not loved not important invisible unheard so what they do is they get louder and louder and they insist to shake up their partner. They express this belief and how is this possible that you forgot that or how could you not remember that or how can you not finish this task it's so simple right?
