How to Tame Anger
The idea is that if you're really, really angry and you're able to recognize it, you've already moved the process in your brain to a place that becomes more centered. An image I have with this is like a boat with a crow's nest. If internally, if you have a little crow's nest, where you can see what's happening, you can't really get out of it. By doing that, you have mastered, you've begun to master the feeling just a little bit,. It won't stop it, but it begins to give you a menu of options where you can begin to choose to do something.
